1. Returns Policy

Can I return an order?

Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them within 14 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels. Simply email us ([email protected]) to let us guys know and we will give you full details on what address to send them to and then repackage the item(s) and send them to back to us, no questions asked. A full refund will then be issued within 48hrs upon receiving the item(s). Please allow up to a further 5 working days for the refund to reach your bank account.

Do I have to pay for returns?

The return cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?

We understand that as an online t shirt company there is a chance that you might order a t shirt and it doesn’t fit how you would like and want a size bigger or smaller etc. If that’s the case then we are more than willing to exchange the t shirt for a different size as long as they are in stock. Due to the fact that 100 t shirts will me made of each design, no more or less, if the replacement size is out of stock then a full refund will be issued.

What if my order arrives damaged or is faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please return the order along with the returns note letting us know what your not happy about. A refund will be processed for your order.

If we have sent an incorrect item to you or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will also refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item, unless it was sent to you with other items that you are not returning for any of the reasons above.

2. Delivery Policy

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man.

When will my order be despatched?

We try and despatch all orders within 48hrs of placing your orders.

How will my item(s) by delivered?

All orders are sent via the Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery, which means you should receive you order 2-4 working days after it has been despatched. You will have to sign for your order as proof of receipt. All orders we send out will have a proof of postage receipt that we will keep if a problem does occur.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

At present we deliver within the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands. However if you live somewhere else contact us ([email protected]) and we will be able to give you a quote for delivery charge and see if we can strike up a deal.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday 9.00am-6.00pm and Saturday until 12.00pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, Royal Mail will leave a P739 (‘While you were out’ card) at the delivery address and return the item to the delivery office. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products in person.

3. Payment Policy

How do I pay?

All payments are accepted through paypal, so you can pay either using your own paypal account or as a guest using all major credit or debit card.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes of course, Contact us ([email protected]) letting us know you what you want to order and we will give you details on who to make the cheque payable and where to send it to. However item(s) will not be sent until the cheque clears in our bank account.
